I'll go first.
I first start off by focusing my chakra to the ground below you and as my chakra travels, it forms a pool of water just below you. The water pushes you upwards with a large thrust and as you go into the air, the pool of water causes multiple bullets of water to be released upwards at you. Right after the bullets begin to hit you, I form a single hand seal and then slap my hand son the ground and as I do, water spills above you and causes you to be drenched and crushed under the water's weight. When the water comes down, the water bullets being shot up form together and form a large water dragon, with a few speedy hand seals. The water dragon comes down on you with the force of the Storm Upheaval, gravity, and my own chakra to back it up. When it comes down to the ground, it slams you into the ground, breaking your ribs to pieces. While you come down, I time your descent, quickly calculating your position in the air and while falling, I aim an explosive kunai just above the ground where you would be and just out of the range of the water dragon. The water dragon's trajectory is slightly adjust by my chakra, as it was shown being able to do so, and the dragon slightly moves you away from me and when you hit the ground and slightly move back, the kunai is next or very close to you and is then set off.

As I see the water gushes from beneath me, forming a pool beneath me I think about what your next step could be, so to avoid further creations to come out the pool from beneath I change my body into a steel like shape, causing your water to shoot me up in the air, but not harming me, but simultaneously seeing the water bullets shooting up from the pool, as excepted, I probably would get shoot up in the air with my front body facing the ground, so as I feel the spills from above me, I quickly shoot a wind blast that will disperse the pool, other then that, this has nothing to do with 'Ying-Yang training' since it's able to coat your body with something and while being in that form performing a technique, since the 'Ying-Yang' part has everything to do with ex; Shooting something out the users mouth whilst shooting something else from your hand/palm. Back on topic, as I let the pool disperse and get attacked from above by the storm upheaval because of the pressure I would get pulled to the ground, so as I get pulled on the ground and it has been seen in the anime that the storm upheaval disappears after 2-3 seconds, I stand up again and face you at mid ranged distance.

1) Earth Release Armor does nothing for your skin and doesn't change the quality of it at all. It only coats your bodies in rocks. The jutsu in the case you were talking about was the Earth Spear technique.
2) Since you used Earth Release Armor, it causes your body to be encased by the rocks and when you come down to the ground, being flipped around and tossed over by the bullets, you would fall to the ground and slam into it with the force of the water, gravity on you, and gravity on the rocks. The momentum and impact force would rattle you around and more then likely break your head open due to a short time of impact so you would be popping open your head due to a sudden change in motion and impact with the armor on the back of your head.
