Do you guys think that Rikudou Sennin possessed Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan techniques? I think this is possible considering he was the Jinchuuriki of the Juubi.

Yes, but he didn't have the Rinnegan from birth, did he?
We know 3 people who have had the Rinnegan.
-So6p : We don't know how he unlocked it.
-Nagato : Tobi/Madara gave it to him, so that's why he's had it from birth.
-Madara : He unlocked it after getting Senju cells, correct? So his EMS evolved into Rinnegan.
So we can conclude that So6p had Sharingan/MS once. So he might have had Amaterasu, Tsukoyomi and Susano'o.
yes he did have it from birth that was his kikkie genkie, and he didnt have to unlock it cuz i was his jutsu so everything youv said so far is wrong becuase you made a false conclusution on a character we know near nothing about (also his younger son had his eyes since birth too)
you get rennigan from having uchiha and senju DNA, he is UCHIHA AND SENJU he is there ancestor so he always had it.thats why it never specified that he GOT IT or unlocked it at any point in his life

My hypothesis: Rikudou Sennin WAS born with Rinnegan. When he sealed the Juubi inside of himself, the Sage's doujutsu mixed with Juubi's doujutsu. Also, I think the reason why the Uchiha have the Sharingan and not the Rinnegan is because of the Juubi's doujutsu influence. And this also explains why the Uchiha have the potential to awaken the Rinnegan.
