Need Help O_O

Whenever I copy a render from Planetrenders and save it on my desktop it saves it as a png and I can't open it on PS as a png. :/
Anyway to fix this?

just download a png coverter and convert it to something else

Open with paint and save as jpg file

if he has the portable version, he have to close it and go the render and open it by PS. that's what I do cuz I have the portable version.


and NEVER convert the render into a JPG!!


and there's a way to save your sig as PNG if you have the portable version

yeah, you can, try opening the render directly after having opened ps, otherwise this bug persists...
