sage mode is a fighting style/jutsu , basically nintaijutsu , similar to the raikages armour

so sage mode techniques are allowed imo

no, i dont wanna sound like a hater but naruto has never shown me anything to prove he has the skills as a jounin. you cant compare his chakra mode to his base forms because his base is just terrible.

if anything i'd say sasuke has the skills of an elite jonin and his skills far surpass that of naruto

I think he can beat Kakashi in base mode. He's wind natured which is Kakashi's weakness. His Rasen Shuriken does damage. Plus he's skilled with shadow clones like no other. That's just my opinion. But yeah, he's definitely jounin level.

Technically, Plot no Jutsu took out 2 of Kakuzu's hearts in 1 hit. Sorry, nobody wins in Narutoverse without Plot no Jutsu, ESPECIALLY Naruto.

rasengan is an A- rank tech , Odama rasengan too , summoning gamma the boss is not a S-rank either , toad collaboration , sage mode is a form yes because you have to gather nature chakra , an then you have a another form with upgrades . The only one he really has is Rasenshuriken
