[Discussion] Naruto's relation to Nagato.

Anyone else curious about that?
Well, I'm not so much as curious about it, so much as curious about if Kishi will go more into it in the future. I would like to know how and such.

We know that both of them are of the Uzumaki clan. Know, were Nagato's parents just survivors from Uzushio? No relation to Kushina? Taking into consideration that Nagato was about the same age as Kakashi, so, he's younger then Kushina, seeing as Kushina was about the same age as Minato. It's not really possible to sprout some sort of "He's Naruto's long lost bro-ham!"

So... Does Naruto have an uncle Nagato? Cousin Nagato?

well, we don't know the facts, but honestly I don't think so, cause Uzumaki clan was probably a big one just like Uchiha so they're probably relatives (?) but don't know if this close...I also wonder if Kishi develops this plot ^^

Being a member of the same clan doesn't mean they are blood related. A clan is group of families that share the same interest/ religions. As far as I know, Kishi didn't change the definition. Sasuke's FAMILY consisted of Itachi, Fugaku and Mikoto. His clan was various other families that treated each other like family but are not blood related.

That's why Naruto says, "I never had a family." not, "I never had a clan."

I was saying that Kushina was probably about the same age as Minato... which would make her older then Kakashi, who I was thinking was about the same age, maybe a bit older, then Kakashi.
