I know,i know u all rushed here with your fire ballsxd & a whole lot of Flames But unfortunately, I am Elemental-Proof :scorps:

I just want a smart Fan to clear things up because from where i am looking at, itachi has ways to damage sasori But it would also cost him a lot
And since sasori only has a Heart Speculations of Genjustu working is still going on
But from what i understand Genjustu affects charkara AND they is no doubt that sasori has chakra the Only Problem is How to Cast it since his eyes are dead & only the heart does the thinking & beating

so i call it a draw too busy to go into details But i want someone to clear things up with Facts & Not speculation,If u want to speculate do it using manga back ups

OT: Itachi would win this fight w/o genjutsu. Susanoo protects him from blades/poison. Then he just has to crush all the puppets till he find the right one.

The only problems i had with this discussion was sasori's puppet form, itachi's chakra and the scale of itachi's techniques. At first i thought sasori > itachi, but recently ive changed my mind.

First of all sasori might be a puppet, but he is no ordinary puppet. He has a chakra system and with this he controls his puppets with. Also the theory about him being immune to genjutsu is just a theory and nothing more. Not supported by the manga, but also the manga has made it clear that only perfect jinchrucki's are 'immune' to genjutsu and that itseld isnt true as weve seen with bee and yagura.

Second thing was that due to (sick) itachi's chakra if genjutsu doesnt work, he cannot catch him off guard and take out his heart, meaning he would have to go through his all arsenal and itachi doent have the required chakra, note that this is sick itachi im talking about. Im not sure whether edo does indeed give infinite chakra or whether this is healthy itachi we are seeing. Able to pull out sasuno as if it was nothing against nagato. Then pulled out a partial one against sasuke, used summonings and now pulled out a partial version again this time against kabuto.

The final thing is the scale of itachi's techniques. At first i thought he'd have to spam amaterasu to deal with the puppets, but i was ignorant. With one amaterasu he could take out a vast amount of sasori's puppets, because he was able to control it and make it chase after its target (sasuke). With this control he doesnt need to spam amaterasu and instead just use the first one to go after all of sasori's puppets. Next if you go back to when he used yasaka magatama, his technique was the biggest out of the tbb and RS. With this he could take out quiet a bit of the puppets. He also has susano's arms which have incredibly physical strength, as we saw against danzo which it killed danzo twice. Also broke the pillars at the kage summit, but even recently itachi used it to punch a hole thorugh kabuto's hideout

Sasori doesnt have 1000 puppets. Including himself id say no more than 250.
You also seem to forget that itachi doent have to aim for all those puppets, If he uses amaterasu or yasayka magatama against sasori himself those puppets would be ineffective because its sasori that controls them. No different to how instead of going after maadara, he is going after the person controlling madara, kabuto.

Third kazekage is indeed annoying, but either a susano punch should shatter it, if it does decide to run into itachi the same way it did against sakura and chiyo. Note that its been said that the 3rd kazekage puppet is fast, but still not fast enough to evade amaterasu.

Poison are annoying and i agree would be a problem, but posion poison (gas) depending on the location could mean little. In an enclosed space its most potent for obvious reasons (sasuke vs oro). In open space it isnt that potent, it would pose great problems, but again if i remember correctly it was the 3rd kazekage who used this.

That poison gas comes from his many arms, which it must come close in order to use the poison. In susano those arms arent coming close to itachi, if he can attack it before it reduces the distance between him and itachi. Secondly majority of ninja's have great ability to not breath for a certain time duration as we saw with kakashi vs zabua, kisame vs, team gai. From what ive seen sasori also stands at the same place when controlling the 3rd, not a good move

Itachi is kind of a bad match up for sasori because of susanno. It would happen cool to see more of sasori's human puppets including his strongest one.

There are few chance that Sasori get the time to use his soul transfert technique but even if he does,it won't work since when the soul goes to an other puppet his heart have to move in the other puppet direction.His single heart is a nice target for amaterasu.
