It is without saying that Orochimaru would win but fanboys will always find a way to bias a point into play. You are right, Minato needs kunai around to teleport. Seeing as how he's also close combat, he's pretty useless against Oro. One other point, the only reason the seal worked on Orochi to take his arm is because it's the one sealing technique he hasn't seen, because he couldn't see it. I'm pretty sure he's knowledgeable of the rest. Minato looses without Orochimaru even trying.

ok another dumb statement, smh. This is about match-ups, Tobi and Minato are not the same, and Minato was better suited for the situation.

btw Oro had the 1st hokage (surpass kyuubi) and 2nd Hokage (uses S/T), im just mentioning that. But as I said Minato was best suited for that, but we're talking Oro and Minato, stick to the topic

The answer is nobody knows.
We never got to see a healthy oro serious. Similarly we never got to see enough of minato.
Going by what both have shown us, oro doesnt have an attack fast enough to hit minato nor does he have a move that would help him deal with speed, example being genjutsu. Although he has a 5/5 for this he hasnt shown feats.

Similarly minato hasnt shown a technique that could put oro's light out for good apart from the reaper seal. Due to this id say draw
