Looks:
Kida has white hair and tanned skin. She has blue colored tattoos located under her left eye said to resemble the moon's influence on the tides. She also wears a shard of the crystal around her neck. She wears only a simple blue bikini, the bottoms are covered with sarong type skirt and she goes around barefoot.
Personality:
Kida in a nut shell is an intelligent, caring, eager, energetic, persuasive, kind, brave, resourceful, aggressive, vigilant person. She is one of the last students to ever pass the cruel tatics employed by Kirigakure which brought about shinobi such as Zabuza and Kisame making her strong and very skilled at combat. It is mentioned that a decade ago, Kida would have killed outsiders on sight. By the present time, however, Kida is very curious about Kirigakure's past, to the point that she is willing to let in outsiders with the hope that they could help her rediscover Kiri's history. Although she can seem quite forceful, violent, and aggressive at times, she has a kind heart, and a general respect for all creatures.

Description: By putting the Hydration Technique into practical use, the muscles in the user's arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. This jutsu gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.

Description: This technique allows the user to liquefy the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. Background Info.
History:
Kida was a child when Kiri came to its downfall and witnessed her mother being taken from her by Iwagakure Ninja , because of an incident that took place ten years prior to the formation of the Allied Shinobi Forces known as the Tragedy of Yosuga Pass. It was here that Iwagakure seemingly betrayed Kiri on a mission to retrieve an important scroll that was stolen by Kumogakure. The crystal around her neck is her mother's last keepsake responding to Kida's own chakra.
Kida becomes exceedingly curious about Kiri's past and the disappearance of her mother. She and other Kiri Shinobi searched through the mountains of Kumogakure and come across a team of Shinobi patrolling them, and they follow and spy on them. Kida comes across an injured A, and instead of killinghim or pressing him for questions, she tends to his wound and instantly runs from the other coming enemies, Once in Kumogakure, she takes her team throughout the rugged terrain, Losing most her members to the conditions of the unknown mountain village she loses consciousnesses . Kida soon awakens in the home of the Raikage A, Kida decides ask him questions about the incident and he also has questions for her. He takes her around the village, and their friendship and trust quickly grow.

As a member of the Hozuki clan, Kida naturally is a master with water element techniques. Often taking no more but one handseal to do even the most complex water techniques.
Kida's Crystal
Said to be the crystal often worn by the Second Hokage - one of the greatest water user to grace the ninja world. How Kida's mother came into possession of this is unknown, the crystal's abilities have yet to be revealed.
Kida's Staff

A large staff with many similarities to Yagura's Staff, Kida's spear resembles more of a fish hook. Posseising a long slender build, Kida uses many water and lightning based attacks in correlation with her spear, such to the much of the appraisal, of many of the Seven Swordsman of the Mist.
Hozuki Clan
The Hōzuki clan (鬼灯一族, Hōzuki Ichizoku) is a group of ninja that originated from Kirigakure with the ability to turn their bodies into a liquid form.
The members of this clan possesses the ability to turn their bodies into a liquid form using the Hydrification Technique. This ability however seems to require that they stay hydrated at all times and as such at least two known members are known to carry water bottles around with them.
