Tobi did it in under a second against Minato before he got Rasengan-ed.

AKATSUKI wins with hard difficulty. I think tobi with his current powers are enough to blow all of them up. But the edo's has madara and badass previous kages,so for madara, nagato and itachi will be needed. If akatsuki follows strategy they will win
