Can Itachi help Sasuke?

so now that we've seen a bit of itachi's and Sasuke's convo i thought id bring this up. i know what Itachi said about Naruto being the only one who can save Sasuke, but do you think that now that they're face to face can Itachi at least point Sasuke to the right path? I'm a little pissed at Itachi right now because he is STILL acting like the akatsuki itachi. cold and aloof. (or at least thats how i read it). It seems like he should at least try to help now that they've met. the closest thing to compassion Itachi showed in that conversation was his apology for turning Sasuke into a criminal, but other than that it seems like he's not even trying.

thanks lol i just figured since Itachi was actually sorry for what he's done he'd at least try to make things better instead of dumping it all on Naruto
