Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

As it says in the description, i would use this technique as a destraction, as my opponent is bussy with this multiple small fireballs, i could use Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin to crush the opponent before he/she even notests.
I would also use this technique when im fightning in a cave or at night, to light up and have a better vision.

* First of all i perform the necesary hand seals (Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger) I then gather chakra in my throat like a normal fire stream, then i release it, as i release it a change its shape manipulation to form it in to strips of super hot ash wich now forms a large cloud when i released it, i quicklt take a few steps behind avoing being in the cloud, then i take out the flint senpai gave me and and click my teeth together, producing a small spark wich sets off the explosion, making a the Kage bunshin inside the cloud *poof* *
