Young Justice Video Game! 2013! Consoles!

Warner Bro's announced today, or rather late yesterday, that a Young Justice video game will be coming out in 2013. It'll be based on the new hit cartoon on Cartoon Network (Best show on CN in years in my opinion).

The animated DC Comics series, Young Justice, is getting its own video game, Young Justice: Legacy. Little Orbit will be publishing the title along with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. If you're not familiar with the Young Justice series, be sure to check out new episodes beginning Saturday, March 3, at 10:30 a.m. ET/PT on Cartoon Network.

Young Justice stars teenage Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis. The teenie-bopper heroes have been tasked by the Justice League to be a covert operations team.

Young Justice: Legacy is set to ship in early 2013 for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and the Nintendo DS.

I am so picking this up! I can't wait to own as KF and Robin in whatever type of game it'll be.


I'm curious as if Speedy will be playable, but who cares? This is awesome!

My exact reaction! I love YJ. Knew it was on for awhile, watched it about month/a half ago after watching all kind of tributes and stuff for months (Loved the way it was drawn right away) maybe, fell in love, and have watched nearly every episode since. It beat my love for Teen Titans, which is amazing. Funny thing though, I hated the concept of it when it was unviled a long time ago and I was like NO I WANT THE TITANS!, but now I love it more than the Titans. I still love the Titans, but this seems more like the Justice League and Batman TAS in the sense where it's not drawn like TT and isn't nearly all funny, but TT was cool too. YJ is just like the old Justice League, in the sense where it's funny and has edgy stuff like people dying, a little pervyness (a little), and just in general teenage stuff. It's truly one of it's time and also the only reason I watch CN.

I finally found the episode times after weeks of searching. I literally bought all mine via Xbox/Itunes and downloaded some for free. It's great to watch it on TV now.


I wonder what the roster will be like. Definitly the main 6, but with people like Red Arrow, Zatanna, and even the super awesome Captain Marvel (xd Love him) it makes you wonder.

I did like the style of Teen Titans and Xiaolin Showdown. Simple, but I can possibly see it being done. I can see it being like UA too. I'd still get it xd

The Robin in Young Justice is 100% Dick Grayson (Confirmed, says his name unlike the Teen Titans where they hinted at it). He's 13, but looks alot older and has a Tim Drake-style hair or a young Nightwing style, but it's Dick. The rest of the team ranges from 15-18, making Dick the youngest (Or Superboy if you wanna be all technical). He's sort of like the co-leader in a way, but Aqualad is the main leader of YJ. Show's amazing.

Dick's my favorite Robin, so it's a reason why I love YJ and can't wait for the game.

His story is one of the best in my opinion. Certainly touching.

I root him on too. He is a anti-hero basically, but he could fall into a complete hero or complete villain given the push. Jason's awesome.

Watching the YJ early episodes, Superman is a real jerk and Batman is the voice of reason and is a nice relenting teacher. What is up with that?

That's how it is currently, but later on Bruce confronts Clark about it.


Batman sees Superboy as Superman's son basically and it ticks him off that Superman wants no part of him because Superman thinks his presence reminds him of what he's not. It's really interesting to see Bruce really care. I think he's really dissapointed in Superman and he his own parent issues, aswell as Robin, so it hits Bruce harder. Bruce is still 100% badass.

And awesome. Can't wait to get it.
