i think konohamaru will summon the monkey king enma. he hasnt made another appearance since that episode. the sand ninja will probably come to help the leaf village and we will probably see garra in action without the demon inside him. were is lee, gai and neji? does kono's jutsu have something to do with that scarf? kakashi isnt dead. he will talk to his dad and learn to let go of his past mistakes thus making him stronger and killing pein with his sharingan. he will get healed by rin when she makes a surprise appearance. that other pein body will either probably kill ino's dad. all of this is just a theory. :naruto: :kakashi:

I agree that some other shinobi can do kage bushin, but the dog is not a clone, it is a transformation. In Naruto, clones are a multiplication of yourself made by yourself, not by another character (in this case, the dog). In chapter 1 when Sakura transforms into Iruka, they do not call it a clone.

It is not a clone, but it is similer to a clone and has the same effects of a clone kind of. it is a different way to do clones, without actually using a type of clone jutsu, which is unique to the user, sort of.

where exactly did it say that asuma was his dad? All I have read is that konohamaru was the grandson of the third hokage. I think that just because Asuma may be in the Sarutobi clan, it doesn't mean he just happens to be konohamaru's father. otherwise I think Asuma might have like left konohamaru to shikamaru's care as well.

I don't know if konohamaru has wind chakra, cause the third had like earth and fire.

actually i'll have to correct you on that one .....rasengan (isn't a finished jutsu ) has no nature manipulation .....just shape ....so it's actually only chakra not wind tipe chakra ..... wind tipe chakra is only the forbidden techniqe ...and we all saw how powerfull it was with wind tipe chakra inserted ....yes konohamaru might have wind tipe chakra ....actually he probably has it ....and is very compatible with naruto's stile and techniques ....

and for those who don't believe konohamaru able to learg rasengan ...think about it ....he is a deescendent from the great sarutobi clan .....(asuma's and the third hokage's ) ..... and if naruto teached him the kage bunshin that he learned from the scroll, than he probably knows rasengan too by now ....or at least a similar technique to it ...... what do you think

earth and fire chakra tipes are just what we managed to see because he was one of the most powerfull shinobi ....that doesn't mean that earth and fire are his main chakra tipes ....actually he even used water too. (because he used wood, and created mud ) ....so it's very possible that konohamaru has wind chakra tipe ....

Hello my friends, I haven't been here for a while. I loved this week's chapter, mainly because of Konohamaru. I am still wondering which jutsu Naruto might have taught Konohamaru. I am so glad that he didn't run away, I am in favour of Konohamaru being the next hokage after Naruto (i.e. if he doesn't die in this match against Pain, Naruto is going to be very shocked if that happens) He still has to learn lot of things to be a Hokage, all we have seen him doing is his Harem No Jutsu (Also he doesn't have extra help of Kyuubi like Naruto) About Naruto, I don't understand how he's going to perfect the sage mode without fusing when pa frog is saying it's impossible. The message left by Jiraiya to Naruto was to never give up, I thought that was quiet lame, Naruto is giving this same message to everybody from the start of the series

It would be awesome to see Konohamaru summon Enma, because Enma would actually be able to hold of Pain for a little while. I really don't think Kono has enough chakra or experience for such a powerful summoning though (but we do need to see more Enma in the future). I think that Kono will do some kind of surprising technique using multiple normal clones and substitutions to catch Pain off gaurd and then use 1000 years of death, with an exploding tag, and it will actually appear that Kono won, and then Pain will reveal he is just fine and walk out of the cloud of dust. It is starting to seem likely (and a little lame) that Naruto will use shadow clones to use sage mode.

Naruto: Its so hard to gather nature chakra while moving around, its like trying to run and sit down at the same time.........
Pa Frog: Naruto I believe in you because J-man did, you have overcome many obstacles in the past
Naruto: In the past...... oh duh, I just make shadow clones to do all the hard work for me, to make rasengan, then to make rasenshuriken

then he has 1 or 2 clones sit on the ground and get nature chakra, and becomes super powerful sage mode, big to suprise to pa toad, but to no one else.

I would say he doesn't have the contract or chrakra level. Summoning such demons is a Kage level technique, and Naruto is the exception due to his genius and the Kyuubi. As well, remember who taught him, Jiraiya.

Also, if Kakashi dies, then no one can teach Konohomaru Rasengan. The shortcut way Naruto did took a month, and the regular way takes years.

Konohomaru is not little Naruto, he may have his guts but that doesn't make him a genius. Tsunades brother was around Konohomaru's age, and a descendent of the 1st Hokage. He died at that age.

2.) Gaara is not coming. He is the Kazekage, and it's his primary duty to protect the sand village above all else. It sucks, since I love his character, but he's not coming.

3.) I would like to see Naruto solve sage mode with out Kage Bunshin. If he works out a deal with the fox, that'd be neat. As a dark horse, it may be the Kyuubi who tells Naruto the fourth Hokage is his father.

I think it was an okay chapter, though there wasn't much action but it did provide hint and information on how characters in the leaf village are evolving.

Many of you fail to see what Kishi is really trying to get across here. Kishi shows that though the Leaf village faces enemies who's stronger than them but they'll face them dead on knowing that they are weaker, yet, they still stand up for themselves and others. And that, it was Naruto that change whoever meets or interact with him, like Konohamaru & Ebisu, made them see hope in a hopeless situation. The Leaf village fights with the "will of fire." ....I hope you understand what i'm saying...haha. It also shows how Konohamaru action's rub off of Naruto's, who is stand up/protecting his sensei just like Naruto.

Also, Konohamaru probably learned the Mass Shadow Clone Jutsu. After all, it is Naruto's most useful and tactical jutsu. IONO, if you all remember but Naruto uses it whenever he's in a tram like to protect his teacher (Ikuri or something...I forgot his name), against Gaara (Naruto's Chronicle), against the guy with the BONES TECHNIQUES, and so on. So, most like it would be that technique. And Let's not underestimate the technique, it is after all a forbidden technique. Please don't underestimate Konohamaru too, he's the 3rd's grandson after all....plus we haven't learn much about him besides that he's much like Naruto, if you remember all those episodes that he's in.

*SOMETHING INTERESTING*
-Go to the pages where Pein uses his technique on the 2 Konoha shinobi. Doesn't that remind you of THE THIRD's forbidden jutsu he uses on Oroch. towards the end of the fight. The two jutsu seems similar in ways, like the grabbings of SOULS and then it gets eaten up or cutting it. I just wanted to point that out, iono, if you all notice that.

my freind and i love naruto. we got to thinking that the reason why the nine tailed fox will not let the frog fuse with naruto, is because he might see it as a threat. you see when naruto first meet the demon they didn't hit it off. but as time passed the demon started to see that naruto was trying to stand up to it, this made the demon repect naruto and he started to give him his chakura. after a while you can see that naruto doesn't have to push as much to get the chakura any more. for example the fight with gaara. this means that the demon is starting to trust naruto, after all if naruto dies the demon dies as well. the demon seems to have a hard time trusting people, his maybe why he does want to have the frog any where near naruto. the whole thing with pain and konohamaru i think that the jutsu that he is going to use would most likely be the multi-shadow clone jutsu. the rasingan may be to advanced and naruto was a special case. tsunade was surprised when naruto could use it. but i believe that naruto will stay in tainning and it would be a high ranking joinin that saves konohamaru. also kakashi isn't dead he still has a big part to play in naruto's life and also to help to bring back sasuke.

this chapter is ok

Most of the ppl here are not satisfied with this week's chapter or some of the latest chapters. Me too.
But i'm thinking that Kishi wants to tell us that the fight in Konoha is so big that he should describe each pein's fight and how konoha deals with it.
So instead of focusing on kakashi, chouji and tsunade alone, he chose to take "snapshots" of every pein's fight in konoha with some characters and naruto training.
It may be disappointing but just be patient and let Kishi do his job

1 - I agree, though it would be cool to see Konohamaru summon anything, he's not Naruto.

2 - The ones who are comming are the team from the 8-tailed village. Gaara may only come in case the rest of Kages hold a meeting on Konoha's current situation or the like.

3 - I don't think Naruto will go sage by using Kage bushin, as each clone acts as a separate entity though they work as a team. The frog has to get attached to the guy performing sage arts, so I guess the only possibility would be either teaming up with the fox as it can stay quiet inside the cage, or really developing a moving sage technique.

The demon does respect Naruto, but it is an ironical character. It will not accept being replaced by a little frog!

And it will not accept the frog teaching Naruto how to remain calm as so far, he has been able to come out only when Naruto drives mad, thus he feels sage arts are a threat to his chance of feeling free for a while.

As far as Konohamaru facing Pain... I think that his friends will come and help him! I mean the little ones because they are always there for Konohamaru. And they will try some combo or something Then someone comes in and saves the day. And it has to someone real powerfull like Neji and say something cool after making an entrance... like "S*ck my balls, Pain-sama"

asuma is konohamaru's uncle.... and we dont know what konohamaru's parents look like anyway

lets say for a moment that Konohomaru had the chakra level and the blood contract to summon Enma. Just because he doesnt have control doesnt mean he cant ask him to fight for him ... i mean j-man himself said that he had a hard time controlling the chief toad and naruto couldn't even control him, but naruto asked him to fight with him sooo who knows

sorry dude but the way that naruto got to the toad mountain was by a reverse summoning that's the shortcut way... the long way takes a month
