What if because of the ending in chapter 576 that in chapter 577 Tsunade reveals she can use wood style.

I was thinking the same thing. Her confidence shows that she can clearly do something to counter Madara/Hashirama, so it could be an advanced Mokuton technique.

Doubt it. I mean she went her entire life without using it or even showing any ability to use Mokuton. She's now almost 60 I doubt she'd get Mokuton this late in her life...

As a wild theory I did wonder about her knowledge of DNA/cells. I wondered if Hashirama's DNA might try to take over Madara (we saw how strong his DNA is with Danzo). Perhaps what Tsunade will do is regenerate those cell with her medical jutsu...a wild idea I know

I dont think it would be mokuton... mayba a medic jutsu that even surpasses hashirama's and that would be her final upgrade

That idea doesn't sound half bad. Maybe if she can regenerate enough of the cells they could take over Madara's Edo body. I wonder if they are under the Edo's control too though if they are I don't think that it would work properly.
