Not necessarily. If we're taking about the Edo forms, Itachi could spam his Susanoo all day. I know that "every jutsu has a weakness" but I haven't seen one with Itachi's Susanoo. Plus, if he could get Madara in Tsukuyomi, Madara would be screwed. That's why I say it could go either way.

Lol @ people that think itachie can defeat madra it is actually impossible they both have the same abilities, just because madara has not used amateratsu and tsukiyome it does not mean that he doesn't have those powers furthermore itachies MS techniques take to much out of him and im very sure all of madaras MS techniques are stronger than itachies seing as he is the leader of the uchiha clan what a pointless thread.

Well, it depends if they are both in Edo form or not, especially Itachi. If they aren't then definitely Madara. But if they are, it could go either way, with it being in Itachi's advantage.
