This, plus Minato.

minato ? not really i guess since FTG and his intelligence is a great advantage for him, adding another insane jutsu will just trigger another controversy,

if it his elemental affinity or his fuinjutsu variation then i guess its OK

But all Kabuto said was that Hashirama's strength was regarded as a myth, just as the So6P was regarded as a myth, and that no one currently living was as strong as he was. Of course, seeing as he hasn't seen KM/BM Naruto, and whatever the current Naruto is, that may not be true. Anyway, Kabuto's statement indicated that there were shinobi of Hashi's level, with Hiruzen being the only certain one, being above him.
But I know we can all agree Hashirama was one BAMF. xd

lol yea when your power is so crazy that its regarded as a myth you're a BAMF

Having the potential to be the top tier doesn't mean Minato is less stronger than the other Hokages the time he died. He could be equally strong or a bit stronger the time he died. The thing is, FTG is very dangerous and is hard to counter. letter c for me.

Guys this is a 1v1 battle. No one knows about ftg really so Minato will probably be the best 1v1. How can the 1st hit him? The 2nd wud be tough but he isn't talked about much in the manga, a reason for this. Maybe his s/t wasn't really so great at all. Maybe he wasn't THE BEST water user. So I say 2nd was good but idk if he cud take Minato in a 1v1, from waht we have seen it is not possible. But he cud take Tsunade for sure. I think the 3rd is the strongest but one of the worst in a 1v1 fight.

Just tell me how Hashirama wud avoid being hit by FTG and how he wud hit Minato and I wud gladly accept that Minato cannot beat Hashi even in a 1v1.

It's one of those ones where it just doesn't deserve my time and effort to disprove.

Minato died like a bitch he should be last.

Anyway, D is the most logical.

Um if I am not mistaken he died in exactly the same way as Hiruzen. So by your faulty logic Hiruzen and Minato should be last. Which is ironic since you claim to use logic in your next post. I can't tell if serious or trolling.

Also Minato didn't even need to die, he chose to die and that is a fact. He could have done several things.

1.Let Kushina take the 9-tails into here as she died.
2.Seal half the 9-tails chakra into Naruto using the two four trigrams seals, and let Kushina take the other half.

But he chose to use the death reaper seal so that Naruto could see his mom in the future and because he wanted to be with his wife (which was a very selfish move on his part)

The problem is, for most of the Hokage (ESPECIALLY Tobirama), we barely know the scope of their skills sets:

-Hiruzen was 69 and his chakra had dropped dramatically according to that sensor ANBU watching, thus limiting what technique he could viably make use of.

-Hashirama was being controlled by Oro, so he wasn't actually fighting, but Orochimaru was.

-Tobirama...the same as Hashi.

-Minato: We've barely gotten to see him fight, much less actually pressured by his opponents, which we've seen him troll thus far

-Tsunade...we never get to see any of the Sannin pull out all the stops. =/ Maybe with Jiraiya, but she and Oro, nope. U_U

Except Kishimoto said Hiruzen could. Hiruzen was called a God for goodness sake. I could also point out that Minato had "limitless potential" and was going to surpass every ninja in history according to three very powerful shinobi, two of which were Hiruzen's own students. U_U But i don't need to, because we don't know how the match ups would work when they don't invole the 3rd.

Where was it said that Hiruzen was the strongest Hokage? If I could have a link that isn't an interview because those have been proven false many a-time that would be nice.

I think he was a hell of a Shinobi, definitely Kage level, but I don't see how he compares to Minato or Hashirama.

If you are talking about scope of jutsus then Tobirama would have to be right behind Hashirama if not in front of him.

Edo Tensei is way, way, way more powerful than mokuton.
Tobirama also had space-time jutsus.
Tobirama also was the best water user, with the possible exception of Kisame.
Then add in his renown for being the best taijutsu fighter of his time and his Thunder God sword (not to be confused with FTG) and you have a ninja who is skilled in a ton of different aspects. His jutsus all have way more potential than mokuton.

One of the early chapters Iruka says to his students that Hiruzen "was" the strongest hokage, and Hiruzen gets mad at him and says " Don't use past tense!"

Then later Kabuto says to Orochimaru that it was to be expected as "He was the strongest kage of the 5 villages" (he actually says principalities but that was just a translation error I believe)
i think kabuto said it to Orochimaru
Nope Iruka said it to his class in front of Hiruzen. It was also in the databook.
