or maybe it is just ino and her dad talking in their head or with other people and sharing chakra and seeing the same stuff, which would actually be quite awesome.

she could have also invented a totally new jutsu that is like combining medical ninjutsu which she has trained in as well, with mind jutsu making a super awesome new technique nobody has ever seen before.

I think alot of the female charactors(although Kishi doesn't do anything with them and likes to make them seem weak) are alot more useful then people think. I mean take karen, she is a weak fighter(with no skills or ability at all) and she can only heal by having someone contract aids from her. but people forget that she is a chakra sensing type ninja and that is actually quite useful.
