Just like Ichigo, Ginjo's parents were attacked by a hollow before he was born. And as he says he has hollow powers inside him aka a hollow. This applies to Ichigo as well. It does not mean Ichigo is a hollow, it means he has a inner hollow.
2) He is human. His body is human. The only reason he can take so much damage is because he enters his shinigami form. Just because he can do that does not classify him as a full shinigami. Oh and btw even Aizen still classifies him as human.
3) Do you know what fullbring even means? Fullbring is a power in which they can manipulate the "soul" of matter for a variety of effects. That makes Ichigo a "fullbringer" not fullbring. Why does he have the ability to use fullbring? Because he's human.
Sorry but Ichigo is human and that's all there is to it. He can use those various powers because of his background.
-His mother is human, his father is shinigami.
-His mother was attacked before he was born triggering him to develop a inner hollow + allowing him the ability to use fullbring.
-His soul is shinigami because his father is shinigami. He was born in the real world thus making him human.
Lol oh come on man that's just pushing it. That would be an epic troll from KuboJust thinking: What if Ichigo will become Quincy also?
I mean he is hollow, he is shinigami, he is fullbring, why not becoming quincy also?

First of all, Ichigo's mother was never attacked while he was in her womb. His Hollow powers came as a result from becoming both a Hollow and Shinigami at the same time during his training with Urahara. He grabbed his zanpaktou from his Inner World the exact moment that his soul chain got eaten away. His soul was comprised of both a Shinigami part (Zangetsu) and a Hollow part ("Shirosaki"). The only difference between Ichigo's transformation into a Vizard from the other Vizards is that the other Vizards were already Shinigami when they became Hollows.
Ichigo may not be a full Shinigami but he does have Shinigami "blood" in his veins. He's an offspring of a Human and a Shinigami which means he isn't just a mere Human:

The only reason he's able to become a Shinigami is because he is part Shinigami. He awoke his own Shinigami powers with Urahara's training. Not all humans have Shinigami powers embedded in their soul. You either have it or you don't. This in itself is proof that Ichigo is, at least, part Shinigami by heritage.
The fact that Ichigo, who at the time was thought to be just a Substitute Shinigami, was able to reach Bankai is compelling in it's own right:

Bankai is clearly not something any Shinigami can do. Byakuya himself is caught off guard that a Substitute Shinigami was able to reach such a level. He says that only the strongest of the Shinigami are even qualified to reach Bankai and that even within the Royal Houses it's a rarity.
I won't go far as to say Ichigo's of royal blood (who knows, maybe he is considering he's the protagonist) but at the very least it suggests he's definitely more than just human if that's what you're implying.
In the world of Bleach where people can see souls and use weapons and bodies made of spiritual pressure, it makes little sense to label people as being strictly human or not. The term "human" doesn't really apply as clear-cut as it does for us. Ishida is, technically, a human but he's also a Quincy by blood, just like Ichigo is a Shinigami by blood

I agree with NLee, but there is one thing we still don't know.
Who the hell was Misaki, Ichigo's mother. Background around Ichigo's birth, Masaki's identity and Isshin status as a shinigami as well. So Ichigo can be many things.

short: ichigos body is human. ichigos soul is originally shinigami. he didnt have hollow powers when he firstly became shinigami. this reiutsu back than "activated" his transformation or lets say it like this: rukia helped him to surpass his body and use his shinigami soul. then he lost his "activation reiutsu" and needed tot rain to make it himself. he didnt "evolve" to shinigami in time so his hollow activated, but strangely he somehow surpressed his hollow again. Then he lost his complete reiutsu again and had to train his mind again to maniuplate not his own reiutsu but this of his surrending <- aka fullbring. But only people with "hollow-like"-powers can do this.
So he is human by body. Shinigami, Hollow ( + Fullbring) by Soul.
If he still has his hollow powers is the next question Kubo has to answer... Ginjo took his hollow-fullbring powers and his reiutsu now is like in shinigami-form version one back when Reika gave him here power to activate his shinigami soul but this time all captains gave their reiutsu to help him activate his power and so amplify his own.
We dont know Misaki and we dont know Ichigos dad.
There are still many things unclear. Why is Ichigos dad not a real shinigami anymore? Why did he lose his power? Why did he marry a human? What was special about Misaki? (Was she quincy? Was this the reason why Ichigos dad flew to the real world, to protect her, cos he fell in love?)
Etc. etc.
BTW: Im very sure not all shinigamis were ok with the fact that shinigamis used to kill all Quincies.

hes fullbring powers got taken away by ginjo so hes still a substitute shinigami
Ichigo might still have traces of his Fullbring. That's the only explanation for the appearance of his Bankai outfit. It's a mix of his Fullbring form and his Shinigami robe(spoiler)
