unforchantly yes, I had to drop a Custom summon for Snakes when I made my Orochimaru bio, that's why I don't have Condors anymore..

Just so you know, you cannot summon toads with Orochimaru. you are only aloud to summon Snakes or a Custom Contract, Canon Contracts can only be summon by Canon Characters shown using them in the manga or a custom bio that has been taught the contract... as Orochimaru is Canon the only canon summon he can use is snakes... so he cant summon toads or use sage arts..

You don't get snakes automatically nor do you get the techniques. I am one of the few senseis that teach snakes along with Scar.

I do get the contract automatically, or so says the rules. The techniques however? Yeah, that's probably your ground.
