In mos' defense you wouldnt have been able to block it since you were caught in it on the first turn. O_O
And he can't be too destracted with tsukuyomi since it takes a mere three seconds if the opponent is caught. If not, neither is affected.

He could've been looking somewhere else.
When using genjutsu you need solid proof that the opponent is caught.

TEND to, but you dont always do. This is why genjutsu is so ricky. If Elias responded by saying "whyre you looking at me like that" or something then you would have had proof.

if i flat out say im using a genjustu then they dodge and on the show he can catch you a genjustu and they dont evan realise it.
plus we are over the internet so if you give in hints (which i did)
and he doesnt responde at all it should be counted as being caught.

And i remember once when bisha was fighting you he poked you and you didnt respond. And since you didnt respond he took advatage and finished you. You said sice you didnt respond you just ignored it and considerd it unimportant.

he used a weird sword, used a biju to absorb my lightning, stopped an b-ranked fire attack with his hand, and then tryed to block a genjustu with a piles of rocks...
most of his attacks were cheap and i could have defended but didnt and i have a perfectly goo dattack that he says he wasnt looking at me...
i mean using the same tactics ive trapped grim, bisha, obito and many more and they never comlain or said they werent lookig at me.
evan bisha found a ligitament way to block it.
so why should it be an unfinished battle?
