Damage Points:40
Description: A skill where the user utilizing a Lightning type Shunshin ability, will flow high up into the sky up into the air. For a few moments they remain stationary, as they come crashing down towards the opponent. Their entire body being a destructive lightning weapon, that when crashing down will create a rather large crater.

(notes: i do not take any damage because of my first move lightning armor. there is no way to dodge because of tsukiyomi. if you do nothing you will be chidori at super speed and then crushed to the ground by my final attack.*

he didnt cover his eyes or respond to my notion.
so that means he is trapped.

In mos' defense you wouldnt have been able to block it since you were caught in it on the first turn. O_O
And he can't be too destracted with tsukuyomi since it takes a mere three seconds if the opponent is caught. If not, neither is affected.

He could've been looking somewhere else.
When using genjutsu you need solid proof that the opponent is caught.
