why would you want fire training if you want to be the mizukage?

well, actually just because mizukage means water shadow, it does not mean i have to learn only water jutsus....
For example, Hokage means fireshadow, but Tobirama Senju ( 2nd Hokage ) knew mainly water jutsus. I aim to know them all and i hear you are the best.
