Ummmmm ur question is confusing but I don't believe anyone was that powerful as naruto or sasuke at their age but u know their are fanboys lurking......everywhere.

hmmm I would say Itachi for a really long time. but year hasn't passed yet and Naruto's getting riddiculously powerful...

Tell me bro. No one at 16 could have beaten Kurama. That's right Naruto is the greatest shinobi who ever lived now, Well the So6P was better I guess but Naruto will show true power to Bijuu's he will surpass the So6P
This is not a fair comparison. They were greatly helped by the previous generations that gave them tricks, advice and help on achieving steps that they already had made, allowing them to progress even faster than the previous generation. That's why New generations surpass the old one.

not for long... but i think so too. i just recently started thinking that xD
because even So6P had to do everything from scratch, that's why it took him longer. I'm just waiting to see Madara or Naruto (maybe hopefully Itachi.. somehow) finally getting above Rikkudou in all those youtube videos of most powerful ninjas ^_^
THOUGH since they're one of the most powerful ninjas right now (if not THE most and for sure the first 5) and others who are like 40 are on the list, then i think they're the greatest. of course assuming ceteris paribus and no such things as excusing power by saying they got help. help or no help they're still beast.. though madara and itachi were too, let's be honest ;P itachi unfortunately probably wouldn't beat naruto.. ehh
