So i just read through the chapters and anime, and there is something that bothers me about the sealing the chakra in half, minato clearly states that "It is just physically impossible to seal all of it", wouldn't that mean it happened to every other Jinchuriki? :shrug::shrug:

What bothers me more is how Tobi plans to recreate the juubi if half of the fox's chakra is sealed within the death god.

I think it was relative to age, Naruto was born minutes before while previous hosts were 10 or so.
I asked the same thing on a nother thread recently, and we can't be 100% sure of that, because it has been stated that the kyubi chakra is much more vile then the rest, it also makes me wonder how much chakra kurama actually has, I mean narutos been borrowing his chakra since he finished his training and now he's pretty much running on just kuramas chakra.

As Minato had said, he didn't have the strength to seal away all of the Kyuubi with only the reaper's death seal into sucha young child. However Kushina and the other Jinchuriki have all been able to seal away their full chakra. The only reason Naruto didn't get the full sealing is because of the situation they were in during his birth. Other than that it is possible to confine the Kyuubi or any other tailed-beast within a person with it's full power.
As for the missing half, it's possible it can be resurrected as I believe a tailed-beast will regenerate after it's been destroyed after so long. It's also possible that they will have Minato's body and be able to extract the chakra from his remains.
However this is unlikely as he's already taken measures to ensure he has enough of it's chakra.

my question is did kushina have the entire fox or was the fox at half power and then when it was sealed in naruto is now at 25%

maybe like everything that lives he did recuperate his chakra... in the past 16 years.
the only thing is the anime made it sound strange as if it will be there forever and kinda hinted that he cant recuperate his chakra. i hope in that case naruto gets the seal and put the rest in him? because even if tobi gets naruto he would only have half going by the 2nd senairo i talked about... whitch lead to the question why isnt tobi or kabuto with all their wired techs and knowledge trying to find minito and take the other chakra out. is it even possible with the death reaper.

Kushina had the full fox sealed inside her. During Naruto's sealing, half of the fox's power was sealed inside Minato and the other half inside Naruto. Since Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside himself using the Reaper Death Seal, it was devoured by Death along with Minato's chakra. That part of the Kyuubi's chakra was completely discarded.
So the final result was:
Kushina(100%)->Minato (50%)
Naruto (50%)
The Tailed Beasts are known for having power similar to the number of tails they have. Now this doesn't change their power at a dramatic amount, but enough for the Kyuubi to be considered the most dangerous of the bunch. Sealing all that chakra at once into one child is dangerous, but Minato didn't even have the strength to do such a thing considering he was already exhausted and low on chakra.

I was thinking about this and kurama had to have regeneratd his chakra cause if he this powerful with half his chakra then full chakra would be just too immensely powerful.

Correct, after his duel with the masked man he was in a dangerous position where his chakra was far too low for him to completely seal the Kyuubi. But it was also dangerous for him to seal the full thing even if he could right into a child born only minutes ago.
It would be physically impossible for a mear child to be the vessel for unlimited chakra seeing that it is life energy. But Minato must have had a reasonable explanation to why he destroyed half of the Kyuubi's dis balancing the properties of the Bijuu's.

if the chakra was devoured not sealed then it would be a matter of time until the rest of kumara's chakra would appear.. would it just go strait to naruto and kumara or would there be a other incomplete/half kumara roaming around
