lol orochimaro is not a child,he would have plan for something like that..meaning he & kabuto would have tested how well he could run
Plus it doesn't affect ur speed Naruto himself doesn't always run like that
Why not rate her as a kage? Becuase she cant kill 30,000 troops with the swipe of a finger? That is dumb to put it frankly.
Tsunade is the best medical ninja and she thinks with her head. IF she were not the leader of the village or was not even in the village at the time of pein arc everyone would have died. I also doubt that kakshi would have the stamina to wreck her. If she was able to survive that teleportation jutsu that would have literally torn almost anyone else apart i think that shows how great her medical jutsu is and she is not so easy to just tear down.
Also just becuase she is rated at a kage level doesnt mean that kakashi isnt. Kage is usually just the leader of the village don't forget that orochimaru was only a jonin as was j-man and they were both as strong if not stronger than some of the current kage of other villages and even pein who i think is stronger than the current kage of most of the villages stated that if j-man had found out his secret any sooner he would have beaten him. Tsunade,Orochimaru, J-Man were all look at at the same strength levels. Sannin was only a title given to them by hanzo.
Any ninja can be considered kage level since it is only a title and not a rank. Kakashi can be stronger (which he isnt) but have a lower title. Perfect example is naruto. He is ranked at a genin but is stronger than all current ninja. The same can go for sasuke.
Remember Kage is a title not a rank. That tiel consist of a duty to protect the village by any means necessary even at the cost of your life. Tsunade was able to save everyone else life at the cost of hers (almost) and she cares for the village she deserves that title more than everyone except naruto right now.\

@Just because Minato is stronger than her, doesn't mean she doesn't deserve to be a Hokage... That's an extremely 1-dimensional way of thinking. What you fail to realize is that, in the Pein Arc, Tsunade's efforts weren't about fighting, it was about protecting the village and keeping as many people alive as she could - Which she managed to do, however it was completely overshadowed by Nagato reviving them.
Tsunade never has and never will be a front line fighter, but that doesn't mean she doesn't deserve to be the Hokage. You fail to put any reason behind any of your arguments aside from "Well this Shinobi can beat her so she doesn't deserve to be the Hokage." but what you fail to realize is that a Kage has to be more than just a fighter... Heck, they don't even have to be fighters.
Naruto is obviously stronger than Tsunade, but he is in no way, shape or form ready for the title of Hokage because he's still young, immature, rash, argumentative and obviously wouldn't be able to run a village. What you also fail to realize is that Tsunade took the job for the village's sake, they had no one else to turn to, so they went to her... Why? Because Hiruzen had just died and a number of Shinobi were killed.. Jiraiya declined the position of Hokage meaning the only one left was Tsunade.
You're going to have to come with more of an argument other than "She'll be killed by this shinobi meaning she doesn't deserve to be the Hokage." In case you're forgetting she has a technique that quite literally makes her almost invincible for a set time period and she has the strength to quite literally kill anyone with a few hits. What she lacks in her fighting ability she makes up for with experience and knowledge.

2.you dont necessariy have to be the best fighter to be kage.asuma said because of shikamarus intelligence he could become a kage if he wanted to,shikamaru would lose to kakashi in a fight but yet kakashi gladly took orders from him because hes so genius.(in the hidan kakuza battle),this proves its not just about fighting skills to become kage.it can be about intelligence also.
3.kakashi did do an important thing in finding out peins secret with the interval.while tsunade was making sure everyone in the village was safe.she gave her chakra to help the hundreds of civilians.something kakashi could never do because of his chakra limit.while if tsunade fought that pain im pretty sure she cudve figured out that 5 sec interval secret.
4.shes a highly experienced ninja and a sannin for a reason,pretty sure she can land a hit.
5.JIRAIYA WANTED TO GO OFF TO CONFRONT PAIN.tsunade couldnt have stopped him if she tried.jiraiya didnt go there and get raped, he put up a hella fight.if jiraiya knew about pains ablility he most likely cudve won says pain.
6.dont think its that easy to catch tsunade.kabuto was shocked at how fast she was,and shes INVICNIBLE WITH THAT JUTSU ON,chidori aint doin anything.
7.who else in the village deserves to be kage over her.naruto wasnt exactly ready at the time of her being chosen,danzo wasnt exactly the best choice either.

2. i know you dont have to be the best fighter obviously but she hasnt shown any feats as one and her taijutsu can be easily countered
3. nagato brought back lives so what tsunadae wasnt so important anyway what kakashi did was still more important naruto's victory probably wouldnt happen without kakashi

god read my older posts i explain perfectly why saving live isnt a feat fodder ninja can save a life doesnt make it a feat a feat is something special like kakashi kamui , or tobirama being the creator of edo tensei
konoharmu's friend save a boy before he got eaten by one of pains summon's does that make it a feat um.. no all she did was run for him and get him saving lvies isnt a feat ninjas do it everyday

and i have been watching naruto since the begining i have been giving logic and my reasoning to why i dont think shes kage level until i see more feats from her im sticking to what i say. ill be glady happy to admit defeat and +rep every single person here until i see something impressive from her and more feats
