The thread is about who is a waste of ink, about who has contrubuted to the Narutoverse the least. Not who you hate the most.
I dont think Sakura is a waste, without Sakura there would have been no plot, no one for Naruto to like prior to chunnin exams, no one to make a promise to bring Sasuke back. No team 7, No plot.

I think Tenten. Contributed nothing to Naruto at all. Basically a filler character.
