Nope. I thought the three tomoe Sharingan was the final form. Then MS was introduced. I thought it was the Final form. Then EMS was introduced. I definitely thought it was the final form. Alas, Rinnegan came into play. Now I just don't know anymore...

Certainly not me. It's kind of a moral issue if you think about it. Are you greedy enough to take your brother's eyes just for power? If you do, congrats, you're a dickhead from the highest caliber. If you don't, well, you're a good guy, but you'll stay weak. It's a matter of what you value more, family or power.

Kinda sucks if you're an Uchiha, I guess. I suppose Kishi made it that way to put in some drama or something... but I swear, he has some sort of freaky obsession with eyes.

Don't think it is a Chinese culture, but some people think eyes are very powerful, like you can read a person by their eyes and stuff.
Oh and how some people say "eyes are windows to the soul"

Me personally, I like the soul thing. But you can read a person by reading their eyes. (I find)
