First person to argue in a thread will be removed from the tournament
Both members may only use base 5, nin, gen, tai.
No customs
No: Kg,clan abilities, gates, puppets, special weapons... basically unless everyone can use it, you can't.
Terrain: Open field, lake mid range to one side, forest mid range to the left, sunny day.

Using my Eustass Hozuki bio, good luck :D
*Keotsu examines his opponent, before beginning the battle.*

"A Hozuki, huh? Can't say I've fought one of your clan before. This will be interesting, to say the least."

*With that, he begins the battle; quickly forming some handseals, Keotsu causes four pillars of stone to erupt around the Hozuki, each pillar the maximum distance away as it can possibly be while keeping the jutsu effective, allowing them to release their stored electrical energy within the large area, causing problems for the Hozuki, as each pillar will need to be destroyed to end the electrical discharge.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.



With the completion of the handseals, Keotsu then proceeds to throw a single explosive kunai in a parabolic arc, aiming so that the kunai will fall where you are, in the center of the formed square, and detonate above your head when it finally reaches you; due to throwing it in a parabolic motion, it will also be in the air for a decent amount of time as well, allowing Keotsu to use:

Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.



Quickly summoning the mass of water only a meter or so above his Hozuki opponent; rather than using the mass of water to crush the opponent, the intent of this technique is to make the lightning from the Four Pillar bind even more difficult to deal with; as it electrocutes the mass of water, which falls quickly over the Hozuki, engulfing him, due to gravity, the electricity is conducted all throughout the liquid and the ground - one the liquid makes landfall due to the acceleration due to gravity, and due the nature of Hozuki, it further boots the danger of the Raiton jutsu.

Turning his focus back to the kunai, as well, which should be at the maximum of its parabolic motion due to the lack of handseals and time it takes to preform Storm Upheavel, Keotsu finishes by making only a few handseals, multiplying the one kunai into ten, causing a rain of the explosives down unto the area within the four pillars; and even greater so is their presense, as the view would be well obstructed from the Hozuki, as there is not a ridiculous amount of them, and he would arguably be more engaged with the Storm Upheavel and Raiton combination at the time.

Kid: The first you've met? It's a shame I shall also be the last.

The wind blows around us and I take notice that you have already begun the fight. Focusing on your handseals I am able to make them out (I am a master of lightning) and I can see what is coming. Once I take notice of this I perform 4 handseals and as the pillars are just beginning to take shape I spin around in a circle exhaling a large blade of wind from my mouth towards the pillars cutting straight through them and continuing towards you.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Once I've turned around I notice the kunai that you have sent flying in the air. As I no longer have to worry about the lightning I can feel the water above me splash on my head and form around me (it wouldn't have much of an effect since it was right above my head). I first take out a kunai from my pocket and throw it at your explosive kunai in the air redirecting it completely off course, causing it to explode before you are able to multiply the kunai. Then making using of the water that has just surrounded me I create a spinning water vortex with all the water dropped and direct it towards you.

(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Then as the wind is heading towards your location as well as the water vortex you take notice of a mist beginning to engulf the battlefield. Soon the entire battlefield is covered in a thick mist which you cannot see through.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

I stand in the mist noticing your presence, and I throw 2 kunai through the mist towards your current location

*When his opponent begins preforming the Vacuum Wave technique, Keotsu smirks; he would have chosen the same technique had he been in that situation; as he finished with Storm Upheavel, Keotsu quickly backpedaled to create some additional distance between himself and the incoming wind technique, so that he could form a few handseals and use:

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.



Though slightly weakened from loss of momentum from the Raiton pillars, for all intents and purposes, the wind blades heading Keotsu's way are at full-power; the Zukokku quickly engulfs the blade, dispersing the fire, and continuing on it's way towards Keotsu's opponent; it would be very much wildly shaped due to its collision with the wind-technique, but should still have ample power left over that it collides with the Water Tornado, and the two techniques should destroy each other.

As the mist begins to form, though, Keotsu rushes towards his opponent, straight into the mist, and punching forward, releasing a high-pressure blast of air in front of him; he also follows up, in extremely quick succession no less, with another punch, this one releasing a similar burst, but of water, creating a sort of impromptu Typhoon Water Vortex.

Thankfully for Keotsu, the high-pressure blast of air deflect the two kunai harmlessly, and clears a good portion of the mist, as he travels behind the wind/water combo towards his opponent, already preparing for his next technique.*
