From what we have seen in the Manga and Anime I say Hinatat has this with medium to low difficulty.

What do you mean with "strong"? That's a rather vague concept. Secondly, looking at the total points is retarded. Databooks look at the base skills of a character, base Sakura's strength is larger than that of base Naruto. Naruto sucks at hand seals, hence the low amount of total points, but that's irrelevant right now. I'm comparing base skills of Sakura and Hinata >_>

Sakura's only Offensive Power is in her Taijutsu.

using the Databooks Sakura loses in Both Taijutsu and Speed. "skill wise"

All Sakura has is Strength/Intelligence/Stamina, Both her Strength and Stamina can be Totally Ruined by Gental fist Style.

If Sakura has some offensive Ninjutsu Or Genjutsu then i think she could Beat Hinata.

LOL WHAT?! She nearly died and if Lady Chiyo wasn't there she would have been buried in her faeces or made a *** doll for Sasori.

From what we've seen Hinata seems to have a better skill set. Sakura hasn't been shown to be as deadly as Kabuto has she. More like a basic Taijutsu fighter that has speed and power due to her focusing her chakra. Not much compared to what a Hyuuga fighter can do? I give it to Hinata because I believe her jutsu's are more effective.

IF Sakura did win she best believe Naruto is going to shove a Tailed Beast Bomb down her throat.

Not really, going by Databooks Sakura is faster than Hinata. Im going with Sakura with this, since she can end this fight with one punch, not only in vital area, arm or leg would be enough.

How do you know it won't work on Sakura? It's a mid-range jutsu meant to attack vitals from a distance. And Sakura has a lot more vitals than zetsu.

It would work, but Sakura was trained in dodging things like that. Besides, this attack does hardly any damage.
