just wondering cuz swift release seemed pretty fast even compared to A's raiton teleportation tech. of course, there are going to be the ones who will sarcastically applaud me on my curiosity.-_-

Sasuke Lee & Naruto (ONLY WITH USING THE NINE TAILEDS POWER) are swift users & no its not but it can be a VERY GOOD USE TO THEM Sasuke dodged Raikge & Naruto dodged the Raikage but Sasuke didn't use his swift to dodge him only his smart moves he used swift release when he came behind Raikge he would of killed Raikage if he hadded have had that armor on also we all know Raikge has speed due to the armor & stuff but not 1 ever said he that he had a fast reaction like Minato & Naruto no questions he just uses the 9 taileds to get away with stuff simple as that

Raikage's buff not only increases his movements, but also should do the same with his reflects... if kakashi had that lightning buff his chidori could be good enuf even without sharingan... so Raikage has nice reaction too!
about Naruto, due to him being super mega sensor, he can predict presence, movement and jutsu performed on him... so that makes him good enuf to counter it in time or in advance...

Why are u still saying Naruto its 100% the 9 Tailed Fox power Naruto only has RS SM & shadow clone j. the rest of his gifts are the Foxes nothing can change that
