No it doesn't take the whole turn to perform. It just means that you have to use it and you can't use it in the same turn. You don't summon it while you are there. You just write it into the scroll and then you can leave and it will activate when an enemy comes near.

*Alright so I first mould my chakra and channel it through my shoulders into my arms and into my hands. I then lay down the scroll and using chakra write in the number of wolves and such and lay the trap which is time consuming. I then step far away and create a clone which runs at the scroll and then mud is summoned and 3 wolves form and attack the clone and make it disappear.*

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

This jutsu allows you to gather nearby stones and place them on your body using your chakra. This will however slow you down and leave you vulnerable to lightning jutsu but you are resistant to A-rank ninjutsu. You also have the ability to change your appearance.

*I gather my chakra and mould it into rigid and dense Earth Nature Chakra, I then continue my channeling it into my legs and into the ground and using my chakra and focusing I am able to control my chakra that I have channeled into stones and many stones attach themselves to me because of my chakra. As the stones are attaching to me I decide I want to look like a Rock Golem and I focus on the details and features and I use my chakra to shape the rocks on my body into a shape that looks like this.*

(Doton Kekkai: Dorō Dōmu) - Earth Style Barrier: Earth Prison of Magnificent Nothingness

Description: After striking the ground with their hands, the user overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around his opponent(s). Then, by placing his/her hands against the dome, the user is able to drain out the chakra from the people trapped inside and absorb it into their own body. At the same time, the user will use their own chakra to spread throughout the dome. This allows the user to repair any damage their opponent(s) manage to inflict on the inside.

This jutsu allows you to strike the ground with your hands and then overturn the earth so that it rises as a dome that will drain chakra from anything inside of the dome. The chakra absorbed can then be resent into the dome in order to repair any damage.

Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

This jutsu allows you to perform the Snake hand seal and then imbue your skin so that it becomes incredibly hard, almost like steel. This increases your defensive abilities as well as your physical attacks. It is obvious to see when this is used however as your skin changes color. Description: The user creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of mud, covering them. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

This jutsu allows you to create a portal in the sky, a space-time portal, that will begin releasing a large amount of mud from it. The mud can be heated by a powerful fire jutsu in order to harden the mud and make anything below the mud be immobilized.
