A= simply cuz of his speed and power
OnoKi=old but his dust release is deadly
Gaara= 16 naruto's age and on his way to be the youngest badass kage of his village

Are sure you about gaara being strongest youngest kage ever? you are forgetting that orange kyubi boy whos fighting tobi and has been ownning lots strong people and kishi plans on making him next kage after war since we all know tsunade must either die after war or give up kage to naruto xd

Onooki because he can make A HEAVY to the point he can't move I mean if he can make him light as feather for madara why not to his advantage

He can beat gaara cuz he can make his sand heavy then do either juton or dust release
As for the other 2 none have shown defense or speed so he can just dust release them (remember he was about to dust releAse the entire turtle island) so they won't get away

Also for me gaara and A are tied (ps I'm not really shore but did A get another hand??)
