Jiraiya is not running around with a giant chakra scroud Kisame needs to be close and Jiraiya is smart enough to keep his distance, and he could simply gather natural energy which would turn Kisame into stone.

Yea then he would try to use his chairs he stole and turn into a frog stone and he has ma and pa on always gathering sage chakra he does not have to every think of his chakra level basically unlimited chakra in any fight without sage mode I have to give the win to kisame still with high difficulty I personally like kisame but look who you are taking about jiraiya but enough said kisame I think is one of the hardest person to beat
In an enclosed space it has support in the form of walls in which it uses as support. In open space if jiraiya was to use it, what is to support it. How can he use a technique that takes advantage of structures in open space. If he could me mightve used it against the paths.

All the toad intestine technique really does is summon a frog colon around the area to trap enemies. Itachi burned through it with Amaterasu. Kisame could burst the organ by filling it up with more water than it can absorb. It is basically Gambabuta's (or his relative's) stomach.
What are you talking about? Kisame panicked and would have been screwed had it not been for Itachi and his superior tecqnique.The toad's stomach was build for tanking everything and it was pretty much fireproof.

This clearly backs what i was saying about about it being only effective in an enclosed space. Jiraiya hasnt been able to summon just the oeso****us in open space and instead summoned the frog inself in which he fooled those 2 fodders inside. Similarly he if couldve used it against pein, he wouldve.
But lets for your sake say he summons it in open space (however that works). We do know that due to kisame's stupidly high chakra reserve's can create his own water. We also know that the oeso****us is a wall of meat. Are you telling me that techniques such as;
Water release 5 feeding sharks
Water release, 'ten thousand FEEDING sharks' cannot devour the wall of MEAT;

Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave (technique he used on bee, the raccoon and the other guy. Such amount of water is bound to eventually make the wall of meet explode. Infact if kisame was to use such a technique in the oeso****us he could turn jiraiya's technique against him because if the oeso****us is filled with water, jiraiya cannot breath underwater whilst kisame can. if he fuses with samahada his speed and strength increases whilst inside the water in the oeso****us, jiraiya's best bet is to release the techique in order for the water to escape, but also allow him to breath );

He cleary did and as far as I can remember part 1 is still part of the manga, no? Not like Kishi asked us to dismiss everything in it and I don' t like to guess whether or not Kisame got stronger since it's purely based on assumptions (we would need a new databook).

Nope. This tecnique has no limitation and can be used everywhere, however, its easier to trick people indoors- the databook makes this much clear .Nonesense to discuss why a shinibo didn't do certain things in certain situations, unless the shinobi uses the technique everytime.Don't you cry every time someone brings up the fact that Itachi didn't use genjutsu against Nagato?

What you don't get is, you're breaking the time frame.Kisame was already getting swallowed by the ultimate defense (digested) and he wouldn't have time to pull off anything and, as I said, the defense according to the databook, is pretty much unbreakable.

- This is naruto logic..not real life. Earth is clearly stronger than water( would pretty much absorb everything) and Kisame can't absorb and defend, against Jiraiya, at the same time.

1.No match for gamabunta who went toe-to toe with Shukaku and managed to hold down the kyuubi:|
