Well i'm referringto Kakashi's words when he said that if Naruto and Yamato didn't come he'd use kamui to warp him despite to finish at hospital.

I think that if he can kamui the real Kakuzu ,all others mask are almost useless because Kakuzu will be in an other dimension.

But i'm agree if he's fighting Kakuzu without using his trump card kamui ,kakashi would lose.

Kakashi have to look Itachi to use kamui,so he can be trapped under genjutsu.Itachi can cast genjutsu from his finger .
Furthermore he got sharingan,he can predict Kakashi's eye attack like when Tobi saw throught Kakashi when he was going to use kamui to warp him.
