Most likely Minato since he can simply outlast Gated guy by running from him using FTG.

Guy could still pull an upset by overwhelming Minatos's reflex capabilities using the gates, essentially battering Minato before he thinks of using FTG to escape punishment.

What's funny is that people think this has to be a taijutsu fight. I see Minato summoning toads to attack Guy while Minato marks him with an FTG mark.

Guy can't hope to win this.

Minato would eventually win, but he's have to avoid techniques such as Morning Peacock and Daytime Tiger.
If Minato can avoid those, Gai will be completely vulnerable for attack afterwards.
