when someone posts a technique, it means they perform every action described in that technique, therefore upon using thet technique i did speak the words, and yea jamal if scorps says otherwise tell him to come speak to me personally.

Oh and on a personal note, instead of trying to find loopholes you should have just owned up you couldnt counter xD

You didn't wait for answer about the seal, and another thing is when someone seals something he/she has to write it on the scroll or something, not so speak it out, and this has been a issue when I fought someone back in those days and a mod or sensei told me that I have to speak the words out loud, I am not going to argue any further with you and just let some mods/sensei check this. KTXHBAI.

Please people, why argue over the simplest things?

Yes Jamal, i agreed that if we were "strict" that technique wouldn't happen. However, after seeing Zens reasoning, i also agree with him. If a cj says "makes tiger+ram handseals" on your description you say "I make the handseals and..." or you simply don't say a thing and its infered that you accomplished the requirements to do the technique and that you did the handseals. This said, even if Tom didn't say the words (in sya i mean wrote them) he in fact did say them. We assume so. This would be a problem if you actually had a technique put on him beforehand that wouldn't enable him to speak. Then you could say he couldn't do the technique.

This being said and after reading Zens reasoning i agree with his. Its infered that Minato spoke the words even if he didn't posted them. Its not the most polished way of describing your move but its accepted.


Now please, kill eachother with some fun! ^^ You are both very skilled and this fight has been very good so far. I expect you both to leave the arena bathe in blood not arguments. Okayz? Now kiss and make up please U_U​
