Sasuke after what we have seen so far.
That amaterasu spam he used to eliminate those zetsu's should do the trick. Shame kishi has focused on sasuke and naruto so much that the gap between them and the konoha 11 is too far apart

They know about amaterasu, susanoo, and tsukuyomi? They know about enton shuriken? That's news to me because I don't recall any of them ever seeing any of the jutsu. They also have no idea how his powers work.

Funny considering you failed to use any facts to back up your claim. Anyway knowing about something doesn't mean you can counter it. The Konoha 11 know Naruto has Kurama inside him, can they counter it? No. That kind of logic just makes you look like an idiot.

We have no idea what White Zetsu's battle capacity was, so I'm not assuming he was strong or weak. But he seemed surprised that Sasuke attacked and his black counter part seemed to consider him a fool to some degree.
