I am not a Sasuke Fan girl..but Its not worth comparing Goku to Sasuke because Goku is not a ninja, he doesn't have chakra, he is not a character in Narutoverse...

Well assuming that Chi, Ki & Chakra are all the same thing, Goku would still be able to escape a Genjutsu with relative ease.

The ninja needs to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra

Going from that, Goku would simply need to transform into a Super Saiyan and that's game over Genjutsu.

lol wtf Amaterasu would beat Goku? Amaterasu has been shown to be dodged and Goku can move 100s of times faster than the Raikage and Minato. Hell he could probably even tank it. Amaterasu is over rated. Karin and some fodder samurai have been engulfed by it and did not instantly die. And yeah good luck with Sasuke cutting off Goku's head. Only someone who has never watched DBZ would claim this. He's the superman of Japan. Bullets bounce off him. Before Sasuke could even get in range to slash him he'd have hole blasted through his chest.
