Okay I shall tell you my style of teaching:
I want you to quote me, as this makes it a little easier for me.
I want you to answer these questions, When/how will you use the jutsu? How would you defend against it?
Also in your descriptions, you will be attacking my clone, so I want it like you are actually in a spar with him.
Also the least amount I want you to write is four lines for your description and two lines per question.

*as much I would like to say just wind so my training goes faster that isn't good so here goes*
-What is wind in Naruto.

-Wind in the narutoverse is one of the basic five elements if the user gets mastery over it he will be able to manipulate it in many ways such as shape manipulation or infusing it with a kunia to make it stronger.
-Wind is strong against lightning because it works as a insulator and is weak against fire since the wind will make the fire stronger and more powerful.
-Wind user's are:Naruto,Asuma,and Temari.
-Wind Jutsu's are: wind release:great breakthrough;wind release:rasenshurikken/Futton: rasenshurikken;Wind kunia blade.
-if wind was an emotion it will be calm yet strong

Remember, that wind will only make fire stronger if both are going same direction.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes
As you exhale your wind chakra, quickly mold the chakra and make a gust of wind that will pick up sand and loose dirt and make a sandblast all around the field.

How to perform this technique:I begin to focus on the wind nature inside of me, I then exhale the wind chakra inside of memolding it to a gust of winds that picks up particles of dust and sand which covers the field.
How to defend against this technique: I would counter it by either creating a bigger and more powerful dust wind or I would use a fire technique against the opponent only if i'm behind him/her.
How would I use this technique: After creating tuw technique this will allow me to have a small yet useful interval of time which I will use to attack my opponent another use is to combine it with a fire technique making a gust of fire

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.
Using your chakra, exhale and create a gust wind of a wall.
"throws three kunai at you" - Defend it with the wind wall.

How to perform this technique:like the previous jutsu I begin to focus the wind chakra inside of me then I exhale it with great force but this time with out manipulating it.
How would you defend against this jutsu: If this jutsu is used in me there are three ways to defend it.
1) When throwing the kunia I can insert wind chakra to it making it more powerful than the ability if this technique to repel it.
2) Another way is to use multiple kunias meaning as the user (me) throw the kunia and the opponent uses this technique to counter to it I keep throwing kunia because my opponent can't have a big breath enough to keep up but this counter should be done when dodging at the same time.
3)It can be countered by a higher rank wind jutsu that has similar effects or by the same jutsu and same amount of power but only with a time difference (performing it after the opponent does)
How would you use this technique: This can be used as an attack and defense jutsu by :
1) Attack: When I the user of this jutsu throw a kunia or shuriken I use this technique to increase the speed of the kunia making it more deadly.
2) Defence: This is the opposit of the attack method this time when the opponent throws a kunia/shuriken at me I can use this jutsu to repel it saving myself and possibly hurting my opponent if done correctly.
As you throw the three kunia at me I quickly focus my wind chakra and exhale it in a matter of seconds repelling your kunias at the last moment sending one to the air the other to a tree and the third at you
just kidding the third is sent in a random direction

Jump into the air and then exhale with your chakra to increase the force of it. That will make you change direction. Now make yourself turn to the right once in the air.

How to perform this technique: After meditating on my wind nature inside me I climb a tree and perform a huge jump by using wind stream technique to increase my night then when in mid-air I focus on my wind energy once again and exhale the wind that I gathered with my head turned to the left making me go right.
How would you defend against this jutsu: Since this jutsu is a supplementary it can't be countered but since the user can be creative with it like you said I will counter it by quickly exhaling a wind technique capable of moving objects changing the direction of the dust from a vertical sense to a horizontal sense covering my opponent and giving me a upper hand.
How would you use this technique : This technique can be used in three ways.
1) It can be used t dodge techniques while in mid air by changing direction.
2) Can be used to change direction of projectiles.
3) Can be used when the user needs to hide or be stealthy giving the user an opportunity to perform hand seals and techniques without his opponent knowing,

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Alright as you clap your hands together release your wind chakra from your hands and thus enhance the wind as it gets compressed by your hands and that could blow your opponent within range.

How to perform this technique: Thisntechnique dosn't require hand seals making it easier to perform so the user can use it by joining his hands then focusing his wind chakra into them then the user can release that chakra allowing the formation of a wind stream.
note: to increase epicness of thisntechnique the user can release his chakra in a kamehameha formxd.
How would you defend against this Jutsu: this jutsu can be defended by three ways.
1) When this jutsu is performed on me I would defend against it by either dodging it (changing direction/jumping/going underground etc...) or holding ground (holding on to something use earth jutsu to create a hole for foot placement)
2) This jutsu can be avoided if I put more chakra into the jutsu making it more powerful this will lead to my opponent receiving damage from both our techniques (like when in dbz games both players use kamaehameha and the one that moves the analog faster wins and the opponent gets the damage from both kamehameha's)
3) A third way to dodge this jutsu is when your in a tag team duel your partner uses thisnjutsu and you use a fire jutsu combing them making the combination more powerful than the opponents gale palm.
How would you use this technique:This technique can be used in many ways including.
1) Increase the speed of projectiles and knock over people.
2) It can be used to repel incoming projectiles and objects knocking them back.
3) it can be combined with a fire technique increasinfpg the power of the fire technique.
4) Can be used to stop weak lightning jutsu's probably up to C rank.
As your clone comes at me I quickly begin gathering wind chakra in my hands and as your clone is 3 meters away from me inrelease the wind in a kamehameha fashion while shouting GALE PALM knocking your clone away whoch leads to him falling on the ground

Description: This technique will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.
Pull out couple shurikens and infuse them with wind chakra. Throw them at your opponent(s) and you can make the shurikens spin faster with the chakra as well.

How to perform this technique: I take out a shuriken and begin to infuse wind chakra into the shuriken molding it making it sharper and more deadlier after gathering the wind chakra inside of me then I throw the sharpened shuriken at your clone hitting him in his hart xd.
How would you defend against this jutsu: There are two ways to defend against this jutsu.
1) First way is to throw an equally or more strong chakra infused shuriken at your opponent either negating the affect of his shuriken (if equal amount of strength) or negating his shuriken and yours continue at him (if more amount of strength is used)
2) This jutsu can be defended by quickly going underground/jumping when the opponent tHrows the shuriken avoiding it and capitalizing on the opportunity.
How would you use this technique: I can use this technique by :
1) Throwing a shuriken infused with wind chakra at my opponent.
2) It can be used when countering a technique or to cause a distraction and create a opportunity.
