Raikou: I wonder what kind of bounties are up for grabs today.
Raikou is leisurely walking up towards the bounty station when he sees another figure approaching from the exact opposite direction. When he spots the figure, he quickly takes a few glances at their body and finds that they seem to be taking an aggressive stance. Since Raikou is the only other person here, he can safely assume that he is after him, as many bounty hunters are nowadays.
Raikou: What do you want with me?! I haven't fooled around with too many girls lately!
Raikou places his hand on the hilt of his Shiragamon which is placed on his left hip. When he does, he quickly draws it while coating it with a heavy and dense layer of chakra. With a sweeping horizontal strike from his left side, he reforms the chakra coating the blade so that it causes the blade to be extended incredibly far away, up to long-range away. This happens as he slashes and incredibly quick. The sword's extension occurs while Raikou is swinging it so the speed of the blade isn't hindered when extending it and the blade has its full cutting power. While Raikou finishes his horizontal strike, he draws his Tsurugi on his right side with his left hand. Immediately after finishing the swing, he slashes upwards with Tsurugi in his left hand so that it comes at an angle upwards and to his left. While slashing with Tsurugi, Raikou is running at you at full speed.

Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the flying sparrow and Kusanagi: Chidori katana. Through the use of chakra flow the user channels their chakra through their swords his extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.(The technique is capable of countering Ninjutsu of A rank and below due to the chakra charge technique).

Watching you draw your sword i see the chakra being pushed in to the blade as you begin to swing it horizontally he forms a chidori blade in his hand meeting your first swing
The second the chidori spear is released from my left arm my right arm is drawing my sword of kusanagi holding it in a reverse grip as i launch towards you deflecting your sword with the chidori spear presents an opening that using my huge base speed i take adavantage of rushing past you and hitting you with the blunt side of my sword sending you skybound
Once in the air i hit you with a barrage of strikes ending in a downward kick to your ribcage sending you flying to the ground as i flicker below you holding my left arm aloft with a chidori formed that slams in to your spine.

As you deflect my blade away, I shrink the size of the blade and as it is near my back, I see you trying to dash towards me. I then extend my blade out again while changing the end of the blade into a rounded platform that allows me to push off the ground using my sword. As you dash towards me, this happens and I end up just behind you. With my sword in the deflected position whereas it is facing behind me, I extend the blade outwards and behind me after I push off, cutting you in half.

Watching you carefully with my 2T i see your blade extend in to a platform pushing you off the ground as this happens i switch my sword in around my hand in to a standard grip charging it with raiton chakra and jumping off the ground spinning and slicing your back open as you go past me
*The attack happens just as your going past me using my large base speed and sharingan reflexes to increase my ability to react quickly this is basically a diagonal slash delivered to your spinal cord as you have gone past me but before you turn to face me again
