*As I walk on to the bridge, mid-range from you I immediately raise the earth below the water so that it comes crashing out of the water and destroy the bridge we are standing on. However so that I have more time to react to anything I make the earth rise out and break the bridge right behind you making you fall backwards in the rubble of earth and remains of the bridge, whilst this is happening I jump of the bridge and land on the water, whilst on the water I activate my 1t and create 3 water clones, and make one of the clones watch my back in case you try any surprise attacks, I then go on further to make it rain with water infused with my chakra so I can keep track of your location at all times.*

Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Once i notice you appear on the bridge my 2T activated i begin tracking your movements, I notice you make some handseals i track these and due to my ability i know your going to be using a long range earth technique as this happens i hear a huge rumbling sound from below myself so i instanly punch the floor behind me launching myself around 10 meters forwards avoiding the collapsing bridge and earth thats raising.
Once off the floor and moving forwards my 2T helps me still track your movements at this speed and i see you make the handseal and recognize the technique as water clones the instant this happens i stretch my arm out forming a chidori sharp spear swinging it from left to right cutting through you and your clones
Once i land on the floor again i draw my sword of kusanagi from my back and adopt a reverse grip style spreading my legs wide and keeping a crouched stance like a cat ready to pounce.

Once im in the air still tracking you i notice you make the snake handseal and see the chakra erupt from your mouth in the shape of a lightning bolt
As this happens i instantly make two handseals exhaling a huge wind bullet that diffuses your lightning spear and continues on towards you in a weakened state
While the wind bullet travels through the air i quickly make a few handseals releasing a burst of fire from my mouth that combines with the weakened wind empowering it becoming a wind fire combo it blocks your sight of me completely
Once this has been released i begin dashing towards you zig zagging left and right making my movements incredibly hard to follow
As this happens i instantly make two handseals exhaling a huge wind bullet that diffuses your lightning spear and continues on towards you in a weakened state
