Episode 249 - Truly the saddest episode

I had cried when this was in the manga. I cried more when I watched it. O_O It truly is an inspiring episode for me because it shows us how a parent's love can be so strong.

personally i didn't feel much, except for the naruto and kushina exchange at the end. it was truly a brilliant couple of episodes though, especially the first was amazing.

i'm expecting to cry when kisame dies though. so i will need a hug in 13 days

This was really sad, but i still think Jman's death was the most tragic part of the series.

Jaraiya's death was probably the saddest one. He went out like a gangster and wasn't giving up. This episode was pretty sad and badass at the same time though. The 4th Hokage is a genius, out-doing Tobi the way he did with his Rasengan was genius. Now I see where Kakashi gets it from.

Nah..... honestly this episode wasn't sad. i mean come on, they were dealing with the nine tails and extracting it, SOMEBODY had 2 die. Jaraiya's death was sad...truly the saddest episode

Sasuke doesnt nearly die. The closest Kakashi and Sakura got to death wasnt a big deal

I wouldn't say that it was the saddest episode. To me, Jiraiya's death was the saddest. I felt that the episode wasn't as sad because you feel like you know Minato and Kushina, but you only see them for a few episodes. I feel it would be sadder if they were around for longer which is why Jiraiya's death was so sad, but maybe it's just me. I didn't cry at all, but I felt like I could. Which says a lot. Nothing's really captured me like these two episodes and the two before it did. Anyways they were great and I feel like I could watch them an endless amount of times and never be sick of them ^^

The changed the sound track. The older Shippudden music was more touching. Such as the song Tragic (Played when Naruto was 8-Tails). And the songs that played during Jiraiya's Death.
