I slam the chidori through your sphere of sand hitting you in the right shoulder causing heavy bleeding and leaving you unable to use that arm

considering the fact that it was a shield not a sphere, i see you perfectly...i preform the hand-seal and spit out a large amount of water that covers the entire area and since your coming at me at high speeds you fill the impact at full force. i then form the water into a giant orb. i then create 5 sharks out of water that go and hunt you down. i have 3 of them attack you straight on while the other two wait for an opening. i then create a current of electricity that covers a mid-range radius around me.

You form a shield all around you not specifying the dimensions or if you left spaces in it so you could see it so assuming what you stated before was true, you can't see him.
With my sharingan enhanced vision i see you peform the handseal and read the technique to be a long range water technique as this happens instead of peforming chidori i punch the ground launching myself slightly upwards so the water doesnt hit me intially and release an unfocused burst of lightning in to the water very briefly but enough to paralyze you on the spot

*Note* The second my feet are clear of the water the nagashi happens with no warning and you have minimal reaction time ensuring your paralysis
Once the nagashi hits you stunning you i land safely on the waters surface and launch towards you drawing my sword of kusunagi and slamming the blunt side in to you knocking you skyward still paralyzed
I then jump after you hitting you with a lions barrage and flickering to the ground causing you to land on my extended arm and the chidori in it effectively disabling you completely
