deva path vs. orochimaru

oh yea of course, if were talking about one of those wimpy ones. Bur a shinra tensei that took out konoha, the one where he levitated like david blane 100 feet in the air and blew away a whole village and everything in it..idk its tough to say anybody in the series can withstand that, maybe goku off dbz lol but not in naruto
but the one that destroyed konoha, no one died from it... or found ways to not take a direct hit. I imagine Oro would do the same. He also has the summon that summons those 3 gates. idk what its called, He's got defenses.
forgive me if i'm wrong, but i don't see how that attack that lvld the village would kill orochimaru...i mean, in the forest of death oro took a direct falcon drop from sasuke on his head. so i'd say at most, he'd be paralyzed. but he's not the type to be killed by that...and another thing (idk what peins attacks are all called. they sound the same), one accidental pull attack thing is all that's needed for oro to get close and shred him with kusanagi, seeing as though oro doesn't need to physically hold it to put it to use...beh ima stop right here until someone comes up with somethin else cuz i don't feel like typing anymore. but imo, oro would win with high high difficulty

Deva path wuth mid diff........
Oro is no push over, he is very talented. He knows a hell of alot off ninjutsu. He is smart and calculating and his speed is pretty good. If it wasn't for his stubborn ignorant mind he well still be alive. However because the deva path was able to take on a six tailed naruto which was a hella fast, strong and agrrasive i really don't see oro winning in any form. But i don't underestemate anyone in the naruto world.

hmmmm..true true but idk. He leveled a whole village with one move. and that was from up up up above. it didnt really kill anybody but ppl were injured. plus there were tsunades slug helping out too but that wouldnt rlly do much. Just imagin one of those shinra tensei up close in a middle of a first fight. its breaking bones

Considering Oro has full info, I take Oro. He has an unquestionable amount of Jutsu. Has edo's that can't die, including the 1st 2nd hokage. He wins with high difficulty.

What kind of technique is it? What are their conditions? It's just like Shunshin no Jutsu, which Shinobis are using outside of a fight to disappear from the place. I remember that an Anbu used the same technique after he has spoken with Tsunade, to sink into the ground. Shunshin no Jutsu varies. Here's another kind of Shunshin:
