Fodder ninja vs itachi

So guys i assume 10,000 fodder ninja were able to beat the 3rd raikage because kishi hasnt stated that anyone famous were within the 10,000 strong army. So how many fodder would it take to bring down itachi and if it is possible at all XD.

Itachi would surely die if he tried to take on that many shinobi. Itachi's a shinobi built for 1 on 1 fights, not 1 vs a lot of shinobi. He doesn't have the stamina or the jutsu to wipe out that many shinobi.

Hmmm ... well if he's in an open field with however many thousands of ninja, he could just Amaterasu all of them.

However, although he might kill way more than the 3rd did, he won't last nearly as long and will run out of chakra

Raikage died doing that as you stated, but only after 3 days. Itachi doesn't have the chakra.

Second....wait, there's no second.

I think that Itachi could manage a few hundred fodder but only with Susanoo & Amaterasu. Not through Taijutsu. Also maybe a big Katon.

And even then. Maybe not, his best chance is a large scale move to kill as many as possible.

yea... he is good for 1 vs 1 or i vs 2/3 but he cannot fight too many ninjas because of the lack of chakra...

He is proficient in taijutsu. He can save his chakra and beat ass with taijutsu.
Also tsukuyomi. Going by kakashi's reaction when he told kurenai and asuma not to look in his eyes greatly hints that anybody who looks at his eyes the moment he uses tsukuyomi will all be caught. He again said this to chiyo, naruto and sakura and thats why they all decided to use gai's strategy.

I would however go with the 10000 fodders because not even the 3rd raikage survived that fight and he has a stupidly large chakra reserve

Maybe 500 roughly plain ninja I.e... Izumo, Kotetsu, etc...

Maybe 30-40 above average I.e... Shikamaru, Lee, Kurenai, Kiba, etc..

5 Elite I.e... Kakashi, Guy, Neji, etc

I had forgotten about his taijutsu and shuriken/kunai skills - so i'd say he'd kill a few hundred, maybe a thousand with just taijutsu.

Then he'd resort to widespread Amaterasu, kill a few more thousand, collapse from exhaustion, and then die before they get to him

A healthy itachi can take just about 2k -3k maybe..

sasuke took down 1k ninja, with taijutsu and kenjutsu , itachi could do the same and more....


to the people saying 3 or 5.... itachi beat 3 konoha police force guys in a few seconds when he was 13... be realistic..

Itachi simply activates Susanoo, gets out Totsuka no Tsurugi and then does it Crash Bandicoot style until he runs out of Chakra. I wonder how many traShinobi he could take out that way?
