(Hyoushi Fuda Fuin no Jutsu) – Binding Tag Seal Technique

Description: By placing one of these particular tags on an opponent or object, a substantial seal is generated that prevents the article in question from being summoned, as long as the originating tag remains intact. Maki uses this seal after restraining her adversary's movements with her respective Cloth Binding Technique, in an effort to ensure that her victims remain immobilized.
Note: Can only be used in means that bind the opponent or object such as a weapon or dead person or summoning creature.
The purpose of this sealing art is to prevent an object or person from being summoned to the summoner. For example during the current war, they wrapped the edo tensei'd ninja within the cloth and slapped it with a tag that prevented Kabuto from summoning them back.
Summoning and reverse summoning is still a form of Time/Space ninjutsu so technically that is what its preventing by leaving the trapped object immobilized.

If you have used the cloth binding technique beforehand, than yes it would bind the persons movements, but otherwise no, it would just follow its other basic restrictions. As for the other question, Im going to ask Zen about it because it would seem as though it could, but I know they like to tell us if It wasnt shown in the manga we cant do it. Ill add it in here or leave you a vm as soon as I find out.

(Chakra Haisui Fuin no Jutsu) – Chakra Suppression Seal Technique

Description: The user will place a seal on a target, which will then begin to drain the targets chakra in which the user can then use it for his or her own techniques.
Note: Chakra draining only works whilst the target remains on the seal.
Okay, once you write the kanji and infuse it with your chakra, you would slap this on your opponent to cause the seal to drain his chakra and isolate it, thing is they need to remain in contact with it for it so work.
Hum... Well, since in our RP chakra isn't...well...its infinte (of sorts) what implications would this actually have in the opponent? Will he be unable to perform techniques of above a certain level because of the draining of his chakra? And it says we can use that chakra afterwards so we can absorb it to our selfs by taking the seal from the opponent and releasing it into ourselves?

This is super late, remind me bro!!!! But when I was taught this technique noone really told me how to obtain the chakra and I assumed it transferred over. I also tried asking Zen and a few others but Ive gotten ignored...surprisingly. To be honest Id like to know those answers myself as well.

Pretty simple, when your opponent draws near to the tag, it self releases and causes an explosion. I think I need to use this one a bit more myself. Any good ways to use this you can think of?

Well i'd place this on a kunai for example. You throw the kunai and it would explode in a chakra blast near the opponent. Or for example, in all your clones while you send them to taijutsu from up close. I see many uses for this one. The head of an earth dragon for example, adding the exploding seal to the damage done by the dragon ^^

Thats a good idea, probably the same way Id use it. Most people nowadays will read the jutsu and just blow the kunai back at you with a wind technique.

Description:This jutsu locks the opponent is suspended animation for 1 turn.
First stretch out your palm, face up.
Then start concentrating a large amount of chakra into your palm. Do not let it form into a rasengan, but keep it so that it so pooling beneath the skin. Once the chakra has been built up slowly release it into your fingers and thumb.
Do this slowly at first, to fast and you'll blow them up. They will gain a purplish aura about them when the jutsu is ready.

As i'm adept and have create chakra control i can make it so that i concentrates on my palm but keeps pooling beneath my skin. As a certain amount has gathered i release it and stretch it to my fingers and thumb. I do this slowly to make sure i can keep it under control. As i look at my palm it has a purplish aura.*

On the wiki it implies that this was done with some distance inbetween the user and the opponent, but no, you just have to be within short range.
Now focus on sealing a portion of my clones chakra so that he will be incapable of performing techniques above B rank.

Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilized by taking a tag that bares the mark of restrict. When placed upon the opponent it generates an electrical current that is not physically harmful. However this flows through the nervous system and restricts the movement of muscles(lasts for 3 turns and slows the opponents movement).
Write the kanji upon the tag for restriction then insert your chakra into the tag.

Now, create 4 clones. I say 4, because it's no use using this technique and being one of the 4 people who are required for it yourself. Let them create a cubic around you and your opponent, with your two preferably as center. Let them use the tags, focus chakra into it, and then unleash the chakra. If done properly, the chakra will come together and create the cube I told you to make. They have to constantly use chakra to keep it up though. Anyone else who will try to touch it will get burned like a biatch.
