All combatants are at their maximum strength and peak of ability, and the rest of the circumstances are given below:

Starting Distance: 75 meters

Mindset: Intent to kill

Restrictions: none

Knowledge: both teams have knowledge on each other

Starting scenario: The 3rd Raikage starts in his Raiton armor at max power, Darui takes out his cleaver blade and legendary weapons that he acquired, Minato has his Kunias scattered, and Kakashi takes out his executioner blade that he acquired after beating Zabuza.

like what? kunais break on his skin. rasengan does nothing to him. narutos strength in sage mode and threat perception sensing was necessary to push the raikages arm through his scar. something minato lacks. space time barrier is useless. he can redirect the raikage. so? so? this guy fought a bijuu and assumedly survived against bloodlusted hachibi and even cut his tails off.
so he can summon gamabunta. dont care. black lightning panther. so he can do a contract seal. useless in this situation. so he can dodge A with prepped kunais. dont care. the thirds most likely faster than his son with added invulnerability. bee stalemated minato

he was dodging but thats about it. A even figured out his jutsu in seconds and tried to predict where hed go next. instead minato went to take bee hostage but ended up in a stalemate.
