You say you have weights on your legs like Rock Lee, yet, you don't even know taijutsu. You'd need to master it in order to be able to have the weights. That has to be removed.
Chakra flowing ability through swords are for custom submission. This also needs to be removed.

Thank you for pointing those out,I was expecting to reach S rank by the time this was approved since cali was unactive.
