Tobirama and 3rd Raikage

isn't it weird that the Tobirama was defeated by 20 ninja (although they were master bounty hunter) and the 3rd raikage defeated 10,000 ninjas... is there really that much difference between kages???

once i herd "Master bounty hunters" i pictured people like those 2 anbu guys or people that acompany the kages.. but i don't think that the 3rd raikage would have died to those 20 guys..

Theres not much, for all we know the 20 who fought tobirama could be jonin/ low kage level, and the 10,000 ninja from the raikage could have been chunnin/low jounin level

I hate to say it but I think Tobirama did get trolled. I highly doubt that out of those 10,000 ninja there werent 20 worthy opponents...that's just....anyway yes Kishi tried Tobiramam with that mess.

Tobirama was killed by the Kinkaku force. While we don't know for certain that it was the Gold brother Kinkaku, but that's the only person that would make sense. and the 3rd Raikage didn't defeat 10,000 ninjas, he just delayed them long enough for his allies to get away.

I think among the 20 there were kin-gin brothers. that's why tobirama died.
and there is this;
fighting against 20 elite ninja, which are jounin or higher
and fighting against 10000 chuunin level ninja. and the one who fights is reputated with endurance and strongest defence.

I mean gaara could fight against 1000 chuunin level shinobi but on the other hand I don't think itachi can fight against 100.
does that mean itachi is %10 powerful as gaara?

It's a bit different when 2 of those twenty are pseudo-Jinchuriki with the chakra of the Nine-Tails, being able to ascend to six tails worth of power.

You could argue that 20 elite bounty hunters are all s-rank ninja's. If thats the case either 1 alone can challenge a kage level ninja.

These shinobi were Kumogakure's elite, they weren't random fodders like the the shinobi the Raikage took on. Either way Gorrilla Sandaime's feats were greater but neither defeated their opponents.

Tobirama has been troll by Kishi though.

tobirama was up against masters of kumo, to put it into perspective, we're talking the kakashi's and gai's of kumo..... 20 jounins are enough to take just about most kages...no sweat... and if kin gin were in that group also, thats making it 40xx harder
