I would say and Tsunade though A could get sealed away because he talks too much. But I think they have pretty much some knowledge to counter defend themselves, but it wouldn't be a pretty match, I see them winning this mostly with difficulties. A is too fast they wouldn't have time to use these weapons, giving tsunade a chance to punch the living hell out of them. But it could also go both ways giving the possibilities and chances.

The Kages, A took 3 of bee's lariats to the chest and only got the wind knocked out of him I think he could go toe to toe with kin or gin. And Tsunade is a med legend and nearly as strong as A so she could probably equal a 6 tailed bro 1v1 and I don't think either would get hit by their tools since A is too fast and tsunade is an expert at dodging
